Terms & Conditions
Effective: June 18, 2026
Thank you for your interest in Arcodin. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arcodin website, waitlist, and any related services we make available (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Arcodin (“Arcodin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Arcodin provides software that helps architecture and engineering teams review drawing sets by identifying potential issues before principal review. The Services may include a marketing website, waitlist registration, product demonstrations, and related communications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the Arcodin waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any particular launch timeline. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or product offering at any time. We may contact you using the information you provide regarding product updates, invitations, or related communications.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- submit false, misleading, or infringing content through any form or communication channel we provide.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content made available by Arcodin, are owned by Arcodin or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
Your content
If you submit drawings, files, feedback, or other materials through the Services, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Arcodin a limited license to use that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services, including analyzing materials for review purposes where applicable.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Arcodin does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that review outputs will identify every issue in a drawing set. You are responsible for verifying results and making final professional judgments.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcodin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcodin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
